Magazine downloads are yours to keep as long as you want. So go ahead and grab that holiday cooking issue and keep it until you need it.

What is the difference between abridged and unabridged RBdigital content?

An abridgment is a shortened version of the original title. In other words, content has been removed. Unabridged titles have not been shortened. The majority of titles available through RBdigital are unabridged.

Can I renew a title?

Yes. To renew, follow these steps:

Click on the three-lined “Menu” icon in the top-left corner of the page

Click on “Check Out.”

Click on the date shown under the name of the title you wish to renew.

You can also renew a title by selecting the “Renew” button on the title details page.

Please keep in mind that the renew time will not be added to the checkout time. We recommend renewing the title the day before the title expires to ensure that you are given extra time to listen to the title.

When will my title expire?

Titles will expire from the checkout list on their due date at the exact time they were checked out. For example, if a title was checked out at 2:00 pm for twenty-one days, it will expire on the twenty-first day at 2:00 pm.

Are titles from RBdigital kept on my computer?

Titles will be removed from your computer when the title expires or is returned by the patron.

How can I return a title early?

If you would like to return your audiobook titles early, go to the “Checked Out” page under the three-lined “Menu” icon on the website, click the “X” in the upper-right corner of the titles card, and click “Confirm” in the message that appears. In the RBdigital Media Manager, click the “Return” button under the title information.
