Patrons may ask library staff questions in person, by e-mail, and through our website’s Ask a Librarian form.
NotaryA Notary Public is available at the Cicero Branch most weekdays and at the Atlanta Branch most days, Monday—Thursday. Appointments are requested. There is no charge for this service. Should your document require one or more credible witnesses, you must bring a person or persons who know you personally to serve in this capacity. Call 317-984-5623 to schedule an appointment at Cicero or 765-292-2521 to schedule an appointment at Atlanta.
Both branches now offer internet access in our computer lab and Wi-Fi throughout the libraries. This service is available at no charge to the public.
For purposes of this policy, a single sheet of paper is considered one page; two sides of a sheet of paper are considered two pages. Ten or fewer pages will be scanned for free and done on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Eleven to fifty pages will be scanned for free and by appointment only. Document(s) of more than fifty pages must be approved by the Library Director.
Classes and programs

We have two reading groups. The Mystery Book Group meets at 6:30 pm the 4th Monday of each month at the Cicero Branch. The Brown Bag Reading Group meets at 11:30 am on the 4th Friday of each month at the Cicero branch. For more details look at the Library Events calendar.
We offer disc repair for audio and data CDs, DVDs, games and Blu-rays. The cost for this service is $2.00 per disc.
